Freshly French Salad Dressing

Be prepared to be happily surprised. This tastes nothing like bottled salad dressing. I used to use nothing but bottled dressings but I have learned the error of my ways. These days I make fresh homemade because what better way is there to accent a salad of fresh lettuce, succulent tomatoes and crispy cucumbers? A little bit sweet and a little bit tangy, I think it’s just perfect! The original recipe may have come from a cook book put out by my kids elementary school many years ago, but I can’t be sure. If so, I’d like to thank whoever donated it for years of scrumptious salads!

Freshly French Salad Dressing

This is just so good on just about every kind of lettuce and salad vegetables. Both a bit sweet and tangy. It pairs well served with a roast chicken or pot roast or even a nice Sunday pork roast. Whip it up in your blender and you're good to go!
