Gather all your ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix by hand until well combined.
If desired, take a small piece of the turkey mixture and fry it up. Taste and adjust for seasoning. I thought it was perfectly seasoned but it is up to you.
Using a one inch cookie scoop, form the meat mixture into 28 meatballs. Hint: divide the turkey into 4 equal quarters, then make 7 meatballs from each quarter.
Spray a wire rack with cooking spray and place the meatballs on the rack over a baking tray. Brush each meatball lightly with olive oil. I used my finger and was done in a minute!
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.
