Tapas with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions

Crisp toasted Baguette with perfectly caramelized onions. Topped with tangy Goat Cheese and drizzled with a tiny bit of honey. Just heaven on a Tapas plate! This recipe is for 3 servings of 2 Tapas a piece. Please....make as many as you like! All you need is a whole bunch of caramelized onions and a Baguette and you're good to go! All right...making caramelized onions is a royal pain in the onion, but NOTHING is sweeter or worth your time.
