Rinse and pat dry the salmon Fillet. Place it on a foil covered baking sheet.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread half of the mixture evenly over the Salmon. Let this rest while your Charcoal fire is heating up.
It already looks wonderful, doesn't it?
When your fire is ready, push the coals to either side of the grill. Carefully place the whole Salmon Fillet in the center of the grill. I find using 2 large Spatulas very helpful! Close the cover over the grill and let the fish cook for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, uncover the grill and evenly apply the remaining glaze. Put the cover back on and patiently wait another 10 minutes. That's it! Depending on the thickness of your Salmon, you may have to cook it a few minutes longer. The Salmon is done if it flakes easily with a fork.
Carefully remove the Salmon to a serving platter and enjoy this mouthwatering delight!
Since there is just the 2 of us, we did have leftovers. Sparky turned the extra grilled Salmon and made my Smoked Trout Dip with it. It was out of this world crazy delicious!
