Why spend $3-4 on bottled dressing when for just pennies you can make your own and control what’s in it? Certainly there won’t be any additives, stabilizers or preservatives. You’re already ahead! And you get to flavor it any which way your little heart desires!

  1. Put everything in a bowl and whisk it up or put it all in a screw capped bottle and shake away. Done! If you’re adding herbs, garlic, shallots etc., let it rest for an hour or so to meld the flavors. Pour it over fresh crisp salad greens and demurely let your guests or family know you made it yourself. They’ll think you’re a top chef!
