Rich As Gold Potato Casserole
I love the rich flavor of Yukon Gold potatoes but you can use any white boiling potato you have on hand. I have used a Store Brand Soup instead of a name brand soup and it’s worked just fine.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 pan Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and fold together gently so potatoes don’t break up. Spoon into the 9×13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes until bubbly. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
